Keto Almond Flour Lemon Cake

控制體重需唔需要戒掉甜品?

不用,只是成份材料要轉換,例如代糖取代白砂糖,

杏仁粉, 椰子粉取代精製麵粉。

今次落咗少量市售乾果,呢樣最唔健康。不過少少唔怕啦,開心好多㗎。

呢個recipe堅好味, 似平時的pound cake, 食完唔怕血糖過山車.

💓Keto Almond Flour Lemon Cake
Dry Ingredients:
  1. 2 cups (220g) Almond Flour
  2. ¼ cup (35g) Coconut Flour
  3. ½ cup (80g) Monk Fruit sweetener
  4. 1 tablespoon (16g) Baking Powder
  5. ¼ teaspoon salt
(Mix the dry ingredients, whisk and set aside)

Wet Ingredients:
5 eggs
½ cup (80g) melted unsalted butter
Lemon Zest (One Lemon)
Lemon Juice (One Lemon)
(whisk)

Mix the ingredients
Pour the batter into the loaf pan (8x4 inch)

🍰Bake :
180c x 15mins
160c x 45mins
Turn off the oven and leave the cake inside for 15mins
