(Mix the dry ingredients, whisk and set aside)
2 cups (220g) Almond Flour
¼ cup (35g) Coconut Flour
1 tablespoon (16g) Baking Powder
Cocoa Powder
( Mix and whisk the wet ingredients)
5 eggs
½ cup (80g) melted unsalted butter
½ cup (80g) Monk Fruit sweetener
¼ teaspoon salt
Pour the batter into the loaf pan (8x4 inch)
Bake :
180c x 15mins
160c x 45~60mins
